Even more savings is available on bulk orders. Most merchandise has this feature already built in. If you don't see it, please contact us. For even larger orders such as fabric orders over 23 yards or 5 matching lamps (you get the idea), please contact us for a quote. The same goes for shipping. Most interior design merchandise is expensive to ship. The size matters more than the weight. It can be helpful to get a shipping quote for your whole order, particularly when items are shipping from the supplier. You won't know when that is the case, so go ahead and contact us.

To qualify for a designer discount, you will need to provide documentation of your work. Discounts are not available to realtors and non-design business owners. Your business must be in Inter design, home decorating and staging, theatre arts, drapery making, dress making, or some other related profession. Acceptable documents are any of these: business license of a design or related business, sales tax resale certificate of a design or related business, ASID affiliation, Diploma from an accredited Interior Design school, Recent invoices and proof of corresponding payments from at least 3 design clients, your own design website. We may request more than one of these documents.

Professional designers are subject to the same terms of service as other customers. You must accept full responsibility for your orders. Your client's wishes and expectations are for you to anticipate and manage. Our terms of service do not extend to your client.
All orders are prepaid.
Samples are priced online. Samples for special orders will be priced as needed. We don't make money on cuttings, swatches, or samples. Fees for samples don't cover all of our expense in sampling. Please order conservatively.
Most merchandise will be shipped in packaging from the manufacturer.
Private labeling may be available for custom bedding and draperies. Please make your request at the time of your order.
Sales tax is collected online. You can recoup sales tax by passing it along to your client or claiming it on your sales tax filing. For your order to be tax free, please submit your order and your sales tax resale certificate by email. The same terms of service apply to all orders no matter how they are placed.
Designer discount codes may not be shared or published. Only the registered designer may pay for an order.
Designer discount codes expire automatically at 1 year. If your code has expired, please contact us for a new one.
