Beautifully elegant, the Purple Rain Damask Drapery Treatment is an updated European style featuring muted purple and pewter damask. The valance is made with shaped, flat sections to show off the fabric pattern and maintain a clean look. Purple Rain Damask fabric is the ideal weight and weave to maintain it's shape in this design. Elegant bells and jabots create a swinging bottom edge ideal for trim. Lavish braid is 1.5" wide set approximately 1/2" from the edge of the valance, sewn in one piece to accentuate the fluidity of the swinging bottom edge. We have dispensed with decorative hardware to maintain the updated nature of the design.

This drapery treatment is hand and professionally made to the highest designer standards. Patterns are cut to center and to match from piece to piece. he valance and panels are fully lined with our best cotton, heavy grade cotton lining. Bells and jabots of the top treatment are lined in silver faux silk. All hems are rolled double and blind-stitched.

The top treatment is permanently mounted to 5 small boards that are easy to install. Side panels are separate, hung from a drapery rod that is provided. Please select a valance height between 19-23" measured from the top of the bell to the lowest point on the scallop. We recommend shorter with shorter panels and longest with longer panels. Jabots (on the side) are approximately 32" long with one fold.

We recommend a finished width that is equal to your window width plus 8-12 inches so that some of the panel covers glass and some covers wall leaving more light through your window.
